Liza Voticky

Liza began her career in Toronto, Canada as a Staffing Specialist for a small temporary staffing agency. Throughout her agency career, Liza successfully moved through various roles in staffing, national sales, operations, communications, and senior management. Liza moved from external staffing services into Recruitment Process Outsourcing as Senior Recruiting Manager with Hewitt, where she led a team of corporate recruiters supporting BMO in Canada and BMO Harris Bank. After five years of successfully improving the service delivery as an RPO provider, Liza moved into corporate, in-house recruiting, with Coca-Cola Enterprises, Canada.

At Coca-Cola, she built a recruiting team implementing a total transformation of the hiring processes across Canada. Throughout her nine year career with the Company, Liza was responsible for multiple re-organizations as the company transformed its North American business model. After successfully leading the Talent Acquisition teams supporting Coca-Cola Refreshments & Coca-Cola North America in Atlanta, GA, she moved to Miami, FL. where she joined Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition.

During her time with RCCL, Liza was responsible for completely transforming and optimizing the global recruiting process for approximately 25,000 requisitions annually from 120 different countries for shipboard and shoreside positions. This included leading talent marketing, talent attraction operations, and candidate experience.

Today, Liza is the CEO and Founding Partner of MXA Talent Solutions, an organization built to help companies review, assess and strategize for the Future of Hiring. MXA Talent Solutions is a team of experts in talent attraction strategies, organizational design, complete transformations, technology optimization & implementation, employment branding and recruiting operations.

Liza resides in Miami, FL., having spent most of her young life in Montreal, Quebec. She is a dual US and Canadian citizen, is bilingual, French & English and has a broad scope of expertise in Talent Attraction, Talent Management, Candidate Experience and Talent Marketing.

Kristin Saunders

Head of TA Technology Consulting Founding Partner

Kristin comes to MXA Talent Solutions with over a decade of experience in the talent acquisition/recruitment and human resources technology world. She began her career in this space upon receiving her undergraduate degrees from Michigan State University, where she studied both International Relations and Public Relations. Her learnings from these two degrees made her realize that working with people and helping them better their lives by finding new careers was her calling. She took this passion to Chicago, where she lived for 10 years and spent five of those years with CareerBuilder, specializing in recruitment software solutions for Fortune 500 companies. This success brought her to Atlanta, where she continued with CareerBuilder for another five years, partnering with The Coca-Cola Company, The Home Depot, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines, and other International enterprises on developing, implementing, and optimizing their recruitment and HR technologies and processes. Deciding to see what life was like outside of recruitment, Kristin took her love for technology to Gartner, where she spent three years partnering with technology leaders and CIOs on creating strategic alignment and operational efficiencies. However, she always found herself gravitating towards improving or enhancing her clients’ recruitment and HR tech stack. This is when she decided that joining forces with Liza to create MXA was what she was meant to do.

Kristin continues to reside in Atlanta with her boyfriend, Brian, and dog, Phoebe. She graduated with her MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and received her Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certification from Cornell University.

Bradley Pritchrd

Bradley began his career as an HR Intern with Exxon Mobile while attending the University of Tennessee, where he earned his BA Psychology – I/O followed by his MA HRIR from the University of Minnesota.  He began his TA journey with Honeywell where he was an HR Generalist/Staffing specialist, then moved into leadership as a TA Manager with Invitrogen.  Bradley approached his career from a place of curiosity, wanting to know and understand how all of the talent functions within an organization worked together to close gaps in process. After working as a Talent Management Consultant, Bradley joined Coca-Cola Enterprises in 2008 as the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations.  He grew with the company as CCE became company owned and was rebranded as Coca-Cola Refreshments. Due to his significant contributions, he was promoted to the Global Head of TA Operations supporting the HR Executive team in technology implementations, up to and including Workday.  In late 2018, Bradley relocated to Florida and joined Royal Caribbean Group as the leader for global TA operations,  In his role with RCG, he built the TA Operations function and led the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors for ship and shoreside recruiting. Throughout his career, Bradley has stayed focused on his passion for fitness and is a ferocious Cross Fit competitor. 

Today, Bradley is a Founding Partner of MXA Talent Solutions and our Lead TA Operations Consultant helping organizations review, assess and strategize for the Future of Hiring.

Marc D’Antonio

Chief Financial Officer

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Marc graduated with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology and began his career in process engineering for a tier 1 automotive component supplier. He then joined Coca-Cola through the Management Development Program working on projects throughout the production department and later as a production supervisor. After developing skills in budgeting, finance, and management, he began working for a property management firm, specifically in real estate management and direct client relations. With a diverse background across several sectors, Marc brings an experienced perspective to the financial operations of MXA Talent Solutions.
